Having resided in Denmark for 30 years and originally from New York in the United States, I bring a large degree of international experience to my practice.

Team coaching is the focal point where most Tom Cook services branch off. Team coaching focusses on both the “dynamic and design” of the given team and done in collaboration with the team over a given period.

Team coaching is seen as a process on how the team functions together - from how well they “Get Along, Get Ahead all while Remaining Aligned”.

executive coaching

Coaching of individuals over a given time frame based on their needs. This is done both as an individual process and in conjunction with a team process to ensure continuity and insights into each members dynamic within the team.

assessments

With the use of Hogan’s data-based psychometrics and cognitive tests, assessments can be done both on individuals, teams & in talent processes, revealing an in-depth synopsis of how the individual or team will “play out” in the workplace.

When a team encounters 2 people who may not be “clicking together” well enough and where it affects essentially the rest of the team’s concentration…

Straight Talk sessions act as a call for help intervention and ultimately allowing the team to better function by addressing the elephant in their room.

Last stage Hogan assistance recruitment is often performed typically after 2-3 potential candidates are boiled down to selection.

With the support of Hogan Assessment expertise, candidates are given intensive feedback and interviewed exclusively on profile results and this key information is used to analyze in psychometric detail what to predict when hiring individuals from a pure personality perspective – one of the top key parameters in assessment along with cognitive testing.

Clients then use this knowledge in their final evaluation and interview with candidates towards their selection decision.

The New Leader Assimilation process allows relatively newly appointed leaders (in the job after 3-5 months) to get onboarded with their team in a very engaging, transparent and well documented process that saves time and energy for both parts. 

It effectively works to “close the gap” between the leader, team and the leader’s intergration into the company culture and is known for creating value in strengthening these bonds.

Whether it is giving feedback for a coaching session, assessment of a team or individual, skill improvement of individuals or groups that are certified in Hogan, my close-knit network possess many years of expertise in the Hogan battery of products. We are amongst the best in the business in the understanding and use of Hogan products.

Based on researched, grounding principals of how teams function, we have established an on-line tool that measures team dynamics.

Team Tracker provides a straightforward, understandable overview centered on a thorough set of probing questions resulting in visuals and explanations of where a team finds themselves as a unit; all in order to focus on the right areas of development.

The primary areas of inquiry are on the team's ability to 'Get Along,' 'Get Ahead` while remaining  'Aligned' with each other.

It is applicable to individual teams as well as organizations that wish to improve performance in their most essential asset - teams.

This tool will be available in April, 2025.
